QOMA Collective Return & Refund Policy

At QOMA Collective, your satisfaction matters to us. To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, please review our return and refund policy below:


Damages and Issues

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@qomacollective.com. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can promptly evaluate the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.


All Other Returns

Because each product is made to order, all sales are final except in cases of defect, damage, or order error. We do not accept returns for non-defective items (such as changes in size preference or buyer’s remorse).


Exchanges

At this time, QOMA Collective does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your return (if eligible) has been processed.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.


Delayed Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@qomacollective.com.
