We ship via reliable carriers depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

To encourage bigger orders, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. for purchases over $75.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

QOMA Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once delivered—unless you opted into optional package protection at checkout.

This protection covers you in case of theft or lost mail (e.g., via Route or Corso).

For damaged packages, please email us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly.
